Should I file K1 only? I have both a 1099 and a K1 reporting trust income?

I received a 1099 reporting trust income that was sent to the attorney to produce a K1. I'm assuming i just file the K1 and not the 1099. Can someone please confirm?

You are correct. It sounds like the 1099 was reporting income to the trust. Just include the information from the K-1 in your personal return.
