Should I deduct the new pc I bought in December 2017 (as my business expense) on my 2017 taxes? The credit card company doesn't bill me until 2018.

I can pre-pay the credit card company if it is necessary.  Just want to know before the year is out!

Yes it is a 2017 expenses because the store got paid in 2017  ... the fact that the CC company will not show it until 2018 is immaterial.,
