Self employed health insurance was 13,230. However on 3,168 is listed on Schedule C, why not getting the full amount on schedule C as a business exp?

Not sure why only part of the amount is listed on Schedule C. What happens to the other part ($10,062.) (see attached)

The $3168 that you see on line 5 is other insurance (liability for whatever else you entered), not the Self Employed Health Insurance deduction.

The Self Employed Health Insurance deduction shows up on Line 29 of Schedule 1.
