Self employed business owner, no schedule c, no schedule 4562, turbo tax has my gross income as my reported income what happened?

It sounds like your self-employment income did not get entered in the self-employment section.  

You can type 'schedule c' in the Search window, and 'Jump to schedule c' to get to the entry area for self-employment income and expenses.

This is in the Income & Expenses section (screenshot).
