Go back through the Business Expenses portion of your interview. You may have answered the question incorrectly. See the TurboTax FAQ below to find how to return to and edit this portion of your Business Expenses.
I'd suggest going through the entire Business Expense section again step-by-step.

Your advice does not help.
I have tried your suggestions repeatedly, double checked my answers, it says I qualify for the deduction, but personal use is still set at 365 when I try to e-file...
used only for work - YES
regularly used - YES
primary place of work - YES
ALL 12 months of the year it was used more than 15 days
100% of my work occurs in home office

So sorry...so frustrating! I don't see any current known issues with this portion of TT. Let me see if one of the other SuperUsers can offer assistance.

Double checking: You said "Schedule E worksheet". Did you mean Schedule C?

the form that is brought up with errors has schedule E at the top. I filled out all the schedule C questions... this form comes up at the end, when I try to e-file

@jupitercrash If you somehow ended up with a Schedule E worksheet that's not appropriate for your return, or any other forms/schedules that don't belong, you can delete them by following the instructions in the TurboTax FAQ below.

@jupitercrash I'm shutting it down for the night. Is there any way I can assist you further before closing?
