Schedule D is available with the Premier version. 

Schedule D, Capital Gains and Losses, can be found in the Investment Income section of TurboTax, here:

• Federal Taxes (Personal if using TurboTax Home and Business)
• Wages & Income (Personal Income in Home and Business)
• Investment Income
• Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
• Start or Revisit
