Sched B Section 3, My 199DIV has foreign tax of only $65. I am not sure ho to fill out questions 7 & 8. This is from a ETF/Mutual Fund. Country code on 1099 says RIC?

If I have a ETF/Mutual Fund do I have a financial interest as stated in question 7a on Sched B?  If so will TT have me fill out a FinCEN 114?

Additionally If I do state yes to the second part of 7a it asks for a country code and my 1099 states RIC I do no see that in the pull down in 7b. 

FYI I am looking directly at the form not in the step by step.

Question 7a, check no.  You are not required to file a FinCEN.  Once you hit no in 7a, the remainder of question 7, including the RIC information can be left blank.  Question 8 should ordinarily be checked no as well.
