"Sch K-1 Wks-S Corporations (mycorp, Inc. -- Sch K-1 S Corporation Additional Info 2: Disposition of interest question 1 must be answered" Final K-1 - dissolved corp

We dissolved our subchapter S in 2024, did not sell. on federal check, I got the error - It looks like TT thinks I sold my shares, but that's not true, we just dissolved the corporation and declared 1120s as final. Can I ignore this ?
