i have just opened a food truck franchise and am a bit confused about the sales and use tax monthly filing. Specifically, on the line that says " Goods purchased by your business subject to use tax" What does this include? I purchased supplies from the franchise to be used for the sale, they don't change taxes when they ship them, so I was thinking this would need to be reported. However, do I pay taxes on the ingredients when I receive them and then again once I sell them as a final mixed product?
