Part II "G" refers to the type of entity already so I don't know if this is the correct response to I1.

In general, Item I1 on Schedule K-1 of a 1065 refers to the information in Part I, Section B of the K-1.  

For example, if Part 1 Section B refers to an individual, you would enter individual on Item I1. For further explanation please see  IRS: K1 Instructions.
