Refile 2018 1041

Hello I used 2018 Business to file a 1041 return for a Trust.  I can not seem to finde what Turbo Tax account I used to file so I can revised my erroneous K-1. I must have been in a rush.  Please let me know how to find the Trust:

@SADTaxes1 You might want to remove the PII (identifying information such as the name and EIN) from your post - use the three buttons on the upper right side of the post to edit your post.

If you used TurboTax Business to prepare and file a return for a trust, then the tax file would have been saved on your computer (with the extension, .tax2018), or should have been saved to your computer or other media in your possession. 

Regardless, TurboTax (Intuit) would not have a copy of the Form 1041 you filed for the trust.
