Where do I enter the 8833 information in turbo tax

TurboTax does not support Form 8833, Treaty-Based Return Position Disclosure Under Section 6114 or 7701(b).

Why on earth would TurboTax not include this form when there are so many questions here about how to use it?

it might be because of liability issues or risk issues.  Since the form cannot be efiled with the IRS, you can simply download the form and fill out and attach to your return to be mailed to the IRS. You may download here.
