The IRS has the wrong birth date on my W2 forms 2019 so how do I go by changing it with everything shut down how do I get it and answer

Your birthdate is not on your W2.  You mean your 1040 tax return?  Did you file a tax return?  Was it accepted or did you mail it?  If it rejects for the birthdate you will have to print and mail your return.  And check with Social Security to see what date they have on file for you.
