I have an LLC that I use Quickbooks Online to manage. I need help with filing my 2018 and 2019 LLC returns. Is TurboTax "full service" an option for me?

Online TurboTax is closed for new returns, and will become available again only for 2020 returns in late November/early December.

If you need some sort of "full service" tax help then you should seek it locally from a paid tax preparer.

As for using TurboTax---only the 2018 and 2019 desktop software can now be used--and they do not include the "Live" CPA help that only comes with online TurboTax Live, although you can get "customer support."

Online preparation and e-filing for any tax year prior to 2017 is permanently closed.

If you need to prepare a return for 2017, 2018 or 2019 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign,  and mail the return(s)

You can also explore purchasing desktop software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.

Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.  State returns must be mailed to a separate address--do not put them in the same envelope with a federal return.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.

Note: Desktop software requires a full PC or Mac—it cannot be installed to a mobile device

If you are getting a refund there is no penalty for missing the deadline.  If you owe tax due, there will be late penalties and interest owed as well as whatever tax due is shown on the Form 1040.  TurboTax will not calculate those amounts; the IRS/state will calculate them and bill you later.

What kind of LLC do you have?  If it is a Single Member LLC you File it on your personal1040 return on schedule C.  Unless it is an S corp.   For S corp and other kinds of LLC you need the separate Turbo Tax Business program, which is a separate program from the Home & Business personal program.

Then....

You can only import Quickbooks to Turbo Tax Business if Quickbooks is installed on the same Windows computer.  So you can not import from QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks for Mac.
