How do I amend a state S corp return? (Specifically California Form 100S for 2019.) All I need to amend is to mark it as the final return for the company in question.

The original return was prepared with TurboTax Business 2019 for Windows.

You can definitely mark the return as final in Forms Mode, but I suspect you will have to print out and mail the amended return to the state.
