Estate Income Tax Return - Beneficiary Info

Estate Income Tax Return requires beneficiary  information including their address.   Currently, the beneficiary of the estate is incarcerated.  Should the address reflect the current address of the prison or can his parents address be used?

The beneficiary's permanent address should be used. If in doubt get the address in writing from the beneficiary.

The address to use is where is normally received mail and doesn't have to be where he currently resides.
