I dissolved my S-corp in the state of MA and I used Turbo tax to file my Fed and State business tax. Do I need to do anything else to let the IRS know that the company is shut down? I read about Form 966. THis form was not in the list of forms that were submitted by Turbo Tax Business in my Fed. Is this needed? Why is this not part of my Federal tax filing ?

Yes, unless it is deemed an "exempt S" Corp...but unless it was a subsidiary, it probably wasn't.
You file the form separately.

I'm a California corporation, however I e-filed in 2018 with Turbo tax and the instructions on the form 966 are to file it at the address where the IRS return is filed. What is that address???? Can't find it anywhere!
