I am an owner of Corporation LTD with 0 income. I need to back file corporate taxes for 2017, 2018 for IRS and NYS. both year income was $0. which of the products will best match my needs?  Business windows or self employed ?

You need Turbo Tax Business 

Turbo Tax Business  is not available to do online or on a Mac.  You can buy the Window's version here.  And you can have both TT Business and TT Home & Business (or any personal version) installed on  your computer at the same time.
