Commercial Rental

My office building was vacant in all of 2019 (ouch!).  I did have expenses, mostly deprecation but it would not let me deduct them.  Is that right?

Commercial Rental

No, if it was available for rent they are deductible.  The program is faulty and tries to delete the rental when you say it was rented for zero days.
