As written by fellow expert PatriciaV here, you can fix this error using Forms Mode in TurboTax Business. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open your return and click the Forms icon in the TurboTax header.
  2. In the list of Forms in My Return on the left, scroll down and look for Sch K-1 Wks
  3. Click the form name to open it in the large window.
  4. This form has an embedded scroll bar on the right side that allows you to move between partners.
Review/edit the percentages at the top right for each partner.
  5. Confirm the totals at the bottom of the form. If they aren't all 100%, go back and adjust your entries so the totals are correct.
  6. If you had an ownership change during the year, note the final column "*Int/Fnl %" represents the percentage that existed immediately after the partner joined the partnership or immediately before the partner left.
  7. Click Step-by-Step in the header to return to the main screens.
