Personal Car used 100% for business. 47,000+ miles in 2018. W-2 employee. W-2 shows box #14 as "other - Car A $600". Mileage no longer deductible?

Personal Vehicle used 100% for business purposes.  Mileage is logged and documented.  47,000+ miles in 2018.  W-2 employee.  W-2 in box #14 says "other - Car A  $600".   Employer only started paying a $600 vehicle monthly allowance in December 2018.  Turbo Tax asked me all the same questions as in past years but it did not file that deduction.  My taxes were itemized and it did pick up other deductions (charity, etc.).  Is my mileage no longer deductible?

Mileage that you drive for a job as an employee is a job-related expense.

Up to tax year 2017, job-related expenses are deductible as an itemized deduction subject to the 2% of AGI floor.

Under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), the itemized deductions for job-related expenses subject to the 2% of AGI floor are suspended for expenses incurred after December 31, 2017 through 2025.

Therefore, your mileage as an employee is no longer deductible.
