Yes - According to State of Florida.com | Florida Tax Guide:

Corporations and artificial entities that conduct business, or earn or receive income in Florida, including out-of-state corporations, must file a Florida corporate income tax return unless exempt.

If you need to prepare federal and Florida corporate returns you will need TurboTax Business.  You can visit the following link to purchase the program: TurboTax Business.
