Only worked one month, made $2000 but I also have a business that I made no profit in, can I file?

In other words with a $2000 income on my W2 I would not have to file but should I because of the business? I have no dependents!

Yes, since you had a small business I definitely would. Not only would you get back most of the taxes you have with held, but you could also potentially be able to carry over some of the loss from your small business,
