On my Schedule K-1, Box 17 has "V" and the Sec 199A information I have has "ordinary income, W-2 wages, and unadjusted basis." Where do I record unadjusted basis value?

You would report that figure in one of the screens following the K-1 entry section (see screenshot).

@lgazzillo Which version of TurboTax are you using?

You should see the screen about three screens after you enter the figure for Line 17(V).
