On final review, it keeps asking me how I disposed of shares in my S-corp. I closed my S-corp at the end of 2020. I did not sell or transfer any shares. How do I fix?

I assume you are dealing with a K-1, since my screen shows you are using the online version of TTX. I don't know the details, but I think this would be dealt with on the 1120-S before the K-1 is issued.  We'll wait for another to jump in this thread with more details.

• Do you have a K-1 that reflects it is a final K-1?
• Based on your facts, it appears that you had a single shareholder S corp.  Did you file a final return for the S corp?
• Have you maintained your basis in your S corp?
• What was distributed out when the S corp liquidated?
