No, you'll need TurboTax Business, which is a desktop only software to file your separate business return Form 1120-S.  You can find this software, here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

Then, you'll enter your schedule K-1 (1120S) into your personal TurboTax edition. If you don't have other self-employed work, then you could use the TurboTax Premier edition.
