Made PLLC S-corp in April 2016, so I was a sole proprietor before that. My CPA did my PLLC S-corp taxes, but I am doing my personal/sole proprietor taxes. Need EIN?

Under Business Profile in Business Section (where I'm doing my Sole Proprietor taxes), do I need to list my EIN even though I did not have it while I was a Sole Proprietor?

No, if the EIN was assigned to your S-Corp, do not include that for Schedule C in your personal tax return.
