I have a home based Direct Sales business. My husband and I are both on the 1099 Misc, however he is not involved with the business at all. Do I need 2 Sch C Forms?

The  program is prompting me to create another schedule C form and split income and expenses?  The 1099 Misc has both of us listed on the same form and I'm nost sure splitting everything is the correct thing to do?  Do I create a new schedule C for him and make everything 0?

No. Do not create a separate Schedule C if he is not involved in the business.
