I am in and endless review loop with e-filing my new york business taxes. The only error seems to be on the field for the "state in which I incorporated" The form shows I (or the software has input the data as "New York" but the info on the form seems to want a "valid 2-digit" code for the state. I can't change the entry, and so am unable to file. So the software keeps returning me to "there are a few more pieces of information to review....."
How can I get past this glitch?

So the solution was to switch from simple to forms input mode and re-enter the field that was causing the problem. The phone support person suggested this and it worked.
