My schedule A Part I lists Edward Jones 6 times with an amount of $0.00 for each line. How do I remove the erroneous "Edward Jones" lines

Switch to FORMS in the VIEW menu, go to the Edward Jones form. You should have 6 forms that have been opened, with nothing in them. You can simply delete the empty forms.
