My LLC received a customer's 1099 for what they paid in 2017. I record revenue when invoiced. Their amount is greater than what I invoiced by $60K.

I would first contact the customer and ask them for a corrected Form 1099. If they refuse, I would only report the income you actually recorded (if under the accrual method) or received (if under the cash method). 

I would, however, save your documentation in case the issue ever comes up.
