My husband is starting his own MFT practice can we file this income with our taxes. From looking at other questions I think we can do Schedule C? What if he does LLC?

If your husband is a single member LLC, meaning he is the only owner, you can file a Schedule C and include it in your Form 1040. If he has partners, he has to file a separate Form 1065 Partnership return.
For the future, you might want to look into electing to file as an S-corp. It also requires a separate tax return and you would have to file a Form 2553 to elect S-corp status, but it can save you some Self-Employment taxes. You could still do it for 2017, but you have to file a reason for filing the late s-corp election. You would probably need a tax professional to help with that. Click here for info: S Corporations
