My company just gave me a copy of the Schedule K-1, and I have already completed my taxes. The amount of the K-1 is zero. Do I still need to report this to the IRS?

If your K-1 has all zeroes, you do not need to report it on your tax return. If you have already filed, you do not need to do anything.
