My 1099int shows various in box 14. Turbo tax wont let me e file with that. Do you have any suggestions

That was reported a day or two ago, and is still being evaluated as to what is to be done about it..

When Turbotax would not accept VARIOUS for line 14 1099-INT, I fount the solution to be adding 01 to the end of VARIOUS. This means VARIOUS01 is acceptable. It is 9 alphanumeric characters.

Just leave box 14 blank - it wants a numeric Cusip no. I left it blank on my entry and it was accepted fine by TT.
