Move from 1099 to W2

My wife has an LLC and in 2018 received her reported income on 1099 Misc.

The company she worked with moved her as a W2 for 2019. Is there a way to report that income as Business Income for the business P&L calculation?

No. A W-2 is personal income. There is no way to report it as business income.
