I have not finished my return but I marked "No" on the marketplace form question when I should have left it blank. I can't change it. Is there a way or do I have to start over?

You can't change it to blank, but you can change it from No to Yes. Why do you think it should be blank? Either you received a Form 1095-A or you didn't. The answer has to be either Yes or No.
The reason it shouldn’t be marked is that I’m on Medicare and not in the Marketplace. At least that’s how I understand the question.
No would be the correct answer here - that's a no, you were not on a Marketplace insurance plan and did not receive a Form 1095-A.
Are you receiving an error message around this topic that you're trying to resolve?
No,I’m not receive an error message.
As SusanY1 mentioned, if you have Medicare and not Marketplace, then you can leave that question as it is. You do not need to enter any information for your Medicare.
