It is my first year claiming the Maine EOTC. The worksheet states that supplemental information must be provided. How is this done?

The AOTC credit was discontinued after the 2021 tax year.  It has been replaced by the Student Loan Tax Repayment Credit for Tax year 2022. Here is a copy of that worksheet that should be filled out.  Here is a copy of the pub that mentions where the EOTC has been replaced by the Student Loan Tax Repayment Credit.

Thanks for the response, Dave. This was the form I was (incorrectly) referring to. Since I have never claimed a similar credit before, the worksheet states that I must include a college transcript, etc., but TurboTax does not have a prompt to upload this information. Any thoughts?

Yes, unfortunately Turbo Tax does not have the capability of adding attachments to the return. My suggestion is to print and mail just your Maine return and include all of the complete documentation it requires.  There will be a set of mailing instructions in your Maine return when you print and mail your return.
