I have a medical business and I rent office space. The landlord is a sole proprietor LLC. Should I have issued a 1099-MISC to the landlord for the rent I paid? (> $600)
I also used services of an internet marketing company, an S-corp. While normally you would not issue a 1099 to an S-corp, do I have to provide one in this case because mine is a medical business? Will it be a 1099-MISC or NEC?
Since it's well past January now, I suppose there is a fine for filing these forms late. Can TT compute this fine, and how do I pay it?
I tried accessing TT Quick Employer Forms online. It expects me to buy TT. How do I say that I have already bought a CD?

Thank you, Critter-3!
The thought behind question #2 was the IRS instructions for 1099 which say that medical and healthcare payments payable to corporations are reportable. However, I suppose that means the contractor has to be in the medical business, not me ...
Correct.
