I drove for UberEats but did not earn enough to get a 1099. Do I still need to report this? If so, where can I do that without the tax form?

Yes, you must report all your income. You can enter it as cash paid to you.
To enter your income on Schedule C:
- Type "Schedule C" in the search field at the top right hand of the screen.
- Select "Jump To Schedule C" and you will be brought to the section of TurboTax where you can enter or have entered your business income and expense information.
