I have a 1099k from my credit card merchant which includes a large sum of money withheld in box 4. This is still a fairly new business and operating at a loss. Where do I place the amount in box 4 of my 1099k on my return in order to get this money back?

Enter your 1099-Misc exactly as it appears. The withholding will be added to the rest of your withholding and will be applied against the tax you owe. It will either increase your refund or decrease your balance due.
I was able to report the withholding on my tax return. However, the return keeps getting rejected due to a glich in the software. It was supposed to be fixed in the latest update on 2/14/2020 but it apparently still has not? Here is the exact message:
Description of error:
If Form 1120 Schedule J Part III, Line 18, 'FederalIncomeTaxWitheldAmt' is $500 or more, then binary attachment with description "1099" must be attached to Line 18.
What needs to be done:
This electronic filing reject is a result of a defect in the tax program. This issue has been corrected in the 2/14/2020 release.
You will need to update the program to this release. Remove the PDF attachments from Electronic Filing, Re-attach the PDF attachements, then re-transmit the return.
I've done all of that and still received the same rejection error?
