I have a S corp and I filed.  It has no income do I need to do anything else for personal

If you have a Scorp and you filed the tax return for it (Form 1120S) and there was not any income or expenses reported on a K-1 form to you, then you do not need to report anything related to the Scorp on your personal income tax return.
