Go into your W-2:
1.
Click Federal on the left-hand side menu.

Click Income across the top.
3.
Scroll down to Wages and Salaries and
click Show more.
4.
Click Start or Revisit by Wages
and Salaries.
Add a new W-2.
Enter the info exactly as you have it in your hand. In box 1, type a zero (0) and fill out boxes 3-6.
Then, go to box 14 and enter the info printed on your W-2.
After you click Continue, you'll go through the questions about your Medicare wages. While it's not common to have nothing in there, it does happen. Click Continue to complete your return.
