If you are creating a return in TurboTax Business, you could enter the expense in the "All Other Expenses" screen where you can type a description of "Investor Search Fees" and then the amount. (See sample screenshot attached.)
If you are entering business expenses for your self-employment business on your personal return, then you could include it as a "professional fee" or a "miscellaneous" expense with a description of Investor Search Fee and the amount. (See sample screenshot attached.)
