I use Turbo tax home and business. Do I enter home office information in the business or personal section?

Home office information is entered in the Business section.

Under Business Expenses click the Start button next to Home Office Expense and provide the information asked for.

Ignore that section, or if you already entered any information, delete it. Prior to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, certain employees claiming unreimbursed employee business expenses could claim a home office deduction, but that entire range of Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions has been suspended from 2018 through 2025.
