I received a schedule k1 form 1041 with the dates 3-1-2018 thru 2-28-2019. I received the distribution in 2018. Do I file it with 2018 or save it for 2019?

I have already filed by 2018 taxes and paid the taxes owed. Since the ending date on the form is 2019, do I need to file an amended return. I think I found a response to a similar question that said to file it with my 2019. The accountant for the Estate indicated that I should file an amended 2018. Which should I do?

The K-1 information is filed with the beneficiary's return for the tax year ending on the K-1. In this case, 2019.
