The property taxes and mortgage interest should be entered in the rental portion for the Schedule E and the personal portion should be entered on Schedule A with other itemized deductions.

TurboTax can do the entries for you, if you choose.  If this is your option, when you start the rental activity then you only enter them once in the rental section.  Be sure to check the correct situation for your house and the date you first made it available for rent when asked. Click the image attached to enlarge and view for assistance.
