I received my email today stating schedule A was ready, but when I updated the app, it did not load any schedule A. Has anyone had the same issue?

It may take until midnight Pacific time on 01/19 for the online program to be updated.

The Forms Availability tool does show that form Schedule A should be released today, but we do not have a specific time as to when. Please check back later in the day.

You can also try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, clear your browser's cache and delete cookies then log back in to see if the form is available.
