It sounds like you and your wife have a partnership which means you will need to file Form 1065 using Turbo Tax business: https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

One your prepare and file the Form 1065, you and your wife will each receive a Schedule K-1 which allocates your percentage of the business income and expenses. You will need at least Turbo Tax Premier to file the K-1: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
