I need to make my business code 454110 to match my business and returns from last year. I can't manually change it in turbo tax and it doesn't let me choose?

Can you clarify which form you are trying to enter it on?  454110 is still "Electronic shopping and mail order houses" per the IRS.

I am using turbotax online.

I'm in the General info area for reporting my business. (as shown below), I click on edit and enter 454110, and submit / continue.  And then it changes to 999999 as if turbotax online doesn't accept 454110 as a valid number.  I edit again to 541910 and it works, but it is as if turbo tax online 100% doesn't think 454110 exists...

This is a known issue in TurboTax Online and TurboTax Home & Business and we are working on it.  In the meantime, you can use 999999 (Miscellaneous) without any concerns about your tax returns.
