I need to mail form 8453 with form 8885. Part II is blank. Do I need #'s in Part 11 2,3,4,5?

Check your return.  If you see those forms in your return completed, you may not need to complete them.  I was told by TurboTax that even though it said I needed to complete the 8885 after submitting my return, I didn't need to complete it again due to the form already completed in my return.
